HCW: Pennsy/Penn Central passenger pull

This afternoon, a year after the PRR and NYC combined to form the Penn Central, a passenger pull was spotted below the Horseshoe Curve. In the lead was a Penn Central SD-45, freshly-painted, and assisting behind it was an E8 diesel locomotive still in Pennsy livery.
