HCW: Penn Central SD & PRR "Geep"

My apologies for the delay this week in posting the HCW, but nevertheless, enjoy!

As a large freight train passed by on track 1, 2 locomotives were spotted on maneuvers on track 3. In the lead was Penn Central SD45 #6234, while the trailing unit was Pennsylvania RR GP-30 #2230.
