HCW: Pennsy U25B & F9A pair up

As the afternoon waned, an odd pair of old generation and new generation diesel locomotives were spotted hauling a freight load down past the Horseshoe Curve. At the forefront is a Pennsy Tuscan Red F9, while trailing behind it is a U25B.
