HCW: Penn Central hopper run

Around 8 A.M., two diesel locomotives serving the Penn Central RR entered the Horseshoe Curve, on an empty hopper run to Pittsburgh. In the forefront is ex-PRR GP-35 #2253, while the second unit is a Penn Central F7.
