HCW: Sole C-Liner at the Horseshoe Curve

This morning around 7 A.M., a singular Pennsylvania RR C-Liner locomotive was spotted pulling a small load of boxcars back to Altoona, on track 1. Because of the growing vegetation, shadows were cast on the side of the locomotive and the boxcar load.
