As the sun reached the pinnacle of the sky, a Pennsylvania RR F7 locomotive was spotted returning from Pittsburgh, rounding the curve at moderate speed with a PRR crane & derrick. It was obvious that both the locomotive and its "load" were on maneuvers returning to Altoona.
