Finishing scenery at the 'Curve' & another update
The extra needed supply of Woodland Scenics has arrived, and with it, the urge to complete the scenery at the 'Curve.' Here is a photo of what the topmost section looks like now, with the flat surfaces now fully filled in, along with a few telephone poles added to finish off the realistic aspect-
Both Kittanning Reservoirs will need to be completed through the use of the Realistic Water product, but that will be finished at a time forthcoming. Once they are completed, the remainder of the exposed areas surrounding the reservoirs will be covered with Woodland Scenics to draw the curtain on the scenery job.
ANOTHER UPDATE: I've added photos of a few locomotives on the Horseshoe Curve Branch Line, under the "Locomotives" page. They, like the other photos, will become larger when clicked on. Not all of the locomotives have been photographed, but keep checking back over the course of the weekend and they will appear!
